ANELIS PLUS TRAINING SESSIONS
Electronic access to scientific literature to support and promote the research and education system in Romania.
G.E. Palade UMPhST Tg. Mures benefits from access to electronic scientific literature resources through the project “Access to scientific literature and open access publishing – ANELIS PLUS 2023-2025”.
For their effective use, interactive training sessions will be organized, as follows:

These courses are aimed at teachers, researchers, librarians, students, masters, doctoral students, and the participants of the training sessions will receive Certificates of Participation.
Duration: 60 minutes / session
Location: Online, on the ZOOM platform.

The academic community of G.E. Palade UMPhST Tg. Mures benefits from access to these platforms based on IP (from the institutional internet network) and remote access (mobile/remote access), based on an individual access account, from the e-nformation platform

UpToDate WEBINAR
The university library invites the academic community G.E. Palade UMPhst of Targu Mures to participate on Monday, 26th of June, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., to a webinar on the use of the UpToDate platform, to which our university has free access for one month, from June 8 to July 7, 2023.
As a Clinical Decision Support (CDS) tool, UpToDate provides evidence-based support when and where it is needed. It is already used in 190 countries by more than 2 million doctors. The CDS tool also includes over 12,700 topics for more than 25 medical specialties, a central database of drugs and interactions (Lexicomp) with over 1,500 patient information materials, over 37,000 graphics and links to over 530,000 references.

PRESENTATION AND TRAINING SESSION ON USING THE INFORMATION SOURCES (JOURNALS AND E-BOOKS) AVAILABLE ON THE CAMBRIDGE CORE PLATFORM
The university library invites you to a webinar dedicated to Cambridge Core, the platform for providing electronic publications edited by the prestigious British publishing house.
The magazines and e-books available on this platform are accessible through the Anelis Plus consortium.
Among the topics addressed:
– methods of access from inside the institution and outside it (mobile access);
– the types of information and publications available on the Cambridge Core platform;
– the collection of subscribed magazines;
– ebooks;
– ways to perform and refine a search;
– creating a magazine alert;
– export and management of bibliographic references.
The end of the presentation will be devoted to a Q&A session.
