* Users who hold an institutional email address (umfst.ro, connect.umfst.ro, u2b.umfst.ro, stud.umfst.ro, stud18.umfst.ro, stud19.umfst.ro, elev.umfst.ro, rezident.umfst.ro, spitalulpalade.ro) can access the subscribed electronic resources from the UMFST campus, from the Library, or from any institutional IP address by connecting to the University’s Internet network (including via personal electronic devices).
Electronic resources can also be accessed remotely (mobile access) after creating a user account using an institutional email address.
Transformative Agreements
Transformative agreements aim to support free and transparent access to research results, encouraging the visibility and international impact of academic publications through Open Access publishing.
Through these agreements, authors affiliated with the academic community of UMFST “G. E. Palade” Târgu Mureș have the opportunity to publish scientific articles in Open Access at no cost (no APC – Article Processing Charges) and to benefit from access to the scientific journals included in these agreements.
