Users who have an institutional email address (@umfst.ro, @stud.umfst.ro) can access the subscribed electronic resources from the UMPhST campus, from the Library or using any institutional IP, connecting to the University’s Internet network (including the personal electronic devices).

The electronic resources can also be accessed remotely (mobile access), after creating a user account with the institutional email address.

The purpose of transformative agreements is to support open and transparent access to research results, encouraging the visibility and international impact of academic publications through open access publishing.

Thanks to these agreements, authors affiliated with the academic community of UMFST G.E. Palade Târgu Mureș have the opportunity to publish scientific articles in open access, without publication costs (no APC – Article Processing Charges), and to benefit from access to the scientific journals included in these agreements.
