Library users have the right to borrow publications for consultation at home, respecting the following conditions:

• The loan is made on the basis of the user permit;
• A maximum number of 5 publications is borrowed, for a period of 14 days, with the possibility of extending the term, upon request;
• A copy/title is lent to a reader;
• Publications are not borrowed for third parties (colleagues). Each user borrows the publications he needs for personal study;
• To respect the loan term. Delays are penalized according to the Library Organization and Operation Regulations (1 RON/publication/day);
• To extend the loan term (if necessary), online or onsite;
• If the publication is reserved or requested by other users, it must be returned at the request of the librarian;
• To respect the physical integrity of the publication (not to highlight it, not to extract pages or fragments from the publication, not to soil it / not to stain it). Damage to the publication is sanctioned according to the Library Regulations.
