All publications in the library can be borrowed for consultation in the reading room.
Some categories of publications can ONLY be borrowed from the reading room, they cannot be borrowed at home. These are:
Atlases;
Doctoral theses (to be borrowed from the reading room, without possibility of multiplication, xerox/photo/scan);
STASs (to be borrowed at the gym without the possibility of multiplication: xerox/photo/scan);
CDs/DVDs.
Failure to comply with the status of these publications entails liability on the part of the user.

The following users categories can only loan publications in the study halls: Resident physicians, doctors from medical system (that are not employees of the University), researchers.
